Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that WineSpirit LLC ("WineSpirit," "we," "us," or "our") uses to operate the WineSpirit service. Each Subprocessor is contractually obligated to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our requirements, and is permitted to use it only as needed to provide services to us.

How AI Subprocessors Handle Your Content
When you upload images (such as bottle photographs or labels) or submit text queries for AI processing, the relevant input is transmitted securely to the relevant AI provider solely to perform the requested analysis. Both Google and Anthropic operate under enterprise data-use terms with respect to API requests, which means:
- Your inputs are not used to train Google's or Anthropic's publicly available consumer AI models.
- API request data may be temporarily retained by the provider (typically up to 30 days) for abuse detection, security monitoring, and debugging, after which it is deleted in accordance with the provider's enterprise data-handling policies.
Updates to This List
We update this page when our Subprocessors change. We will notify you of material changes — such as the introduction of a new AI provider that processes your uploaded content, or a substantive change to the categories of providers we use — by in-app notification, email, or both.
Routine changes (such as a vendor sub-brand rename, or replacement of a vendor with another in the same category and same region) may be reflected here without separate notice.
